We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way. We take seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients
COMPLIANTS, COMMENTS & SUGGESTIONS
We constantly strive to ensure that all our patients receive good care and attention and we welcome any suggestions or comments as to how we can improve our service. We realise that sometimes things do not go as smoothly as we would wish and if you think this has happened please tell a receptionist. We do take all complaints very seriously and try to learn from them.
CONFIDENTIALITY
You can be sure that anything you discuss with any member of the Practice will stay confidential. It is important that the NHS keeps accurate records about your health and treatment so that those treating you can give you the best possible care.
