  • Please try to attend the surgery whenever possible , home visits are only for patients who are too ill or too frail to attend

 

  • Always treat our staff with courtsey and respect and they will always do likewise. We operate a zero tolerance policy if the staff are verbally or physically abused.

 

  • Keeps us informed of any changes to your address or telephone numbers so that your records are kept up to date.
